The Transformation Team will be a key group of stakeholders invested in participating in and directing the Choice Neighborhoods planning effort that will meet every other month.

This month, we are holding two back-to-back Transformation Team meetings hoping to make sure they are accessible to everyone who wants to attend. The content will be the same so you choose which works best for your schedule.
