You can register for the COVID-19 vaccine at pima.gov if you have access to the internet.

To register for the vaccine you can also call (520) 222-0119 for those who do not have access to the internet.

The University of Arizona is also doing vaccinations, here is the link to register through the state: podvaccine.azdhs.gov

You can call the health department at (520) 724-7770 if you don't have access to the internet and need more information.
