Updates From Management:
Plan ahead, anticipate holiday closures in the next two weeks! Tucson House management office, laundry room, and dock will be closed on Friday, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1, as a result of the Christmas holiday and New Year’s Day. There will be limited staff during the weeks of Dec. 21 and 28. For after-hours emergency maintenance, call (520) 791-4144.

The cleaning company is done cleaning units this week. Possible reschedules are TBD.
If you received a COVID-19 test on Dec. 10 your results are negative. An additional round of COVID-19 testing is anticipated after the holidays.
The moratorium on evictions is scheduled to end Dec. 31. Notices will be sent to residents that are delinquent on rent. It is important to respond to the delinquent letter if you receive one. If you receive a delinquent letter and have questions, please call the management office at (520) 791-329.
Update from the Resident Council: there will be no GAP Ministries food delivery for the remainder of the year. Next delivery date: Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021

Community Wireless Program Applications Close Soon
Applications for the City of Tucson’s Community Wireless Program close on Monday, Dec. 21, 2020. To apply, visit wifi-pilot.tucsonnetlink.com or call (520) 791-2608. If your application is approved, you will receive a free router and internet to access remote learning, telework, and virtual services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
